you could post screenshots on miiverse then save them to your computer.... less than ideal resolution but it still works.

Not all games allow miiverse screenshots though --- and some (G&W, Tank^3) filter out certain parts (photos, names).

a very nice (and i think it may be possible) thing to achieve would be make from the wiiu gamepad some kind of nVidia Shield, you know, play steam games on the wiiU gamepad via stream.... :P

This has happened. Some quite intelligent people have made some libraries that allow you to stream things to the wii u gamepad.

Yes, but that works awfully and on next to no systems. Better to make a crossplatform thing using the Wii U as a relay.

Would it be possible to create an app to take in game screenshots?
Play Xenoblade Chronicles X will make my whole body scream for a feature like this!
Yes, definitely. Pretty simple, actually (once you have somewhere to store it IE USB).

I was just watching this quick video on YouTube and it said that some exploit will come out during E3 (I don't know if it's Browser or Kernel). I guess they think all the E3 hype will cover up the exploit.

This is already possible. Just press home, and open the Internet browser and go to an image uploading site such as photo bucket or copy or any site. When you hit upload it will ask if you want to upload the tv or gamepad screenshot.
This is a well known and documented feature of the Wii u.

Yes, but the quality of the screenshot becomes crap since the Wii U's browser caps the resolution at 720p and heavily compresses the image, regardless of where you upload it.

Actually, no, I heard that a lot of Wii U games run in 720p, so it's only your TV that makes the game looks AMAIIIIIIIZING!
