Did you even read the GW procedure..
"Select the new “NVRAM INSTALL” option from the menu" is doing this for you.

DarkKaine read earlier posts, the newer DevMenu (BigBlueMenu) doesn't like to import it, but an older one will happily import.

Yeah the setting is gone, that's why I wanted them to release the digital save file for e-Shop Zelda, much more convenient for people who own it (such as myself), no downgrade needed.

No biggie, back-up sysNAND, and then restore it, if you don't like the result.

yeah i think i will try it as i can always restore sys nand if i need to,i just hope i don't mess up things as i hate it if i have to reinstall all of my cia files

Yes, if you want emuNAND 9.7 support.

if you dont like it just use 3DSNUS to download the newer system settings and update system settings again......one annoying thing is the loss of the microSD management without entering GW mode

You can't get unbanned, the ban should last 2 weeks.

i did that.. it detected EUR region for me.. installed... hit A..booted into GW menu... i am doing the process once again.. hitting select.. Dev Menu shows up

Well the DS exploit works fine on my 8.1J N3DS to boot into GW3D 9.5.0-23J
Also updating my emuNAND on my O3DS to 9.7U and it works just fine.

Oh well too bad. Time to wait for GBATemp members to create CIA's that do install.

BigBlueMenu doesn't seem to install it, however DevMenu.3ds worked for me, although i still can't get the exploit to boot the Gateway Menu

Here's what i've attempted:
1. Booted Gateway Menu 3.2 using OoT Exploit on n3DS XL 9.0
2. Installed NVRAM
3. Hex Edited the Physical Drive of my SD Card using Hex Workshop (Changed the first line GATEWAYNAND to FATEWAYNAND) to block emunand from opening (Worked fine, could tell by my cia's being missing and my theme was the same as my sysnand)
4. Ran DevMenu.3ds and installed the mset_eur.cia, Installed Successfully
5. Rebooted my n3DS and went into Nintendo DS Profile
6. Nothing proceeded to happen, opened as it would normally

this is a AUS N3DS XL, not sure if it makes any difference as the firmware is still 9.0.0-20E

seems like its "unfinished"

Nice update, but I'd rather not tamper with SysNAND on New 3DS. I'll stick to OoT3D.

yeah... after i installed the CIA i turned it off....and i tried to get back into emunand from sysnand
