As far as I know, no.
Plus, why would you hack online? It just ruins it.

Because it's fun.
Not for every other person that's playing legit and still having fun.
Because it's fun.
You know whats really fun? Jam a cucumber up your butt.

As you can tell, we don't take to cheaters lightly here.
After your reason on why you want to cheat online and your other comment? Yeah i think it is.
Well i have to disagree i just find it fun.
no this is a modding form and hacking online is a form of modding and besides i never saw any rules about not being able to talk about hacking. They talked about it too when they were modding the wii on gbatemp.
It isn't for players playing legit.
Hacking does not imply cheating. Most hacks here are to modify the gameplay for other purposes, such as new levels or new powerups. Not to make gameplay for others more difficult because of your idea of "fun".
i don't care about playing legit and you could put every type of gameplay style into that category including hacking if you argue it hard enough.
If your question is about having mods, like WIMMS Mario Kart Fun, the yes, this is "fun"
But cheat codes and hacks aren't. Offline plays and exeriments is fine though.
no but you could argue that hacking is a legit way of playing (as in it works) or in other contexts
