Gaming Can anyone European get StreetPass theme?

Can anyone European here who has a 3DS with a hackable firmware version get the European-exclusive StreetPass theme from a Nintendo Zone in the next day? I'll pay you for this. I don't want this theme to disappear forever; I want it to be archived before that happens.

I'm American, so I can't do this myself, short of a short-notice flight >.< Why is this a Europe-exclusive theme during "International" StreetPass Week, anyway? >.<

there are a bunch of japanese themes like this.

if you use something like FunkyCIA (well, only FunkyCIA really) to download the EUR themes, you will get 'everything', and this will be included.
so, you just need to get a ticket (or encrypted title key and title id)
all themes come under the same pack of dlc, just like a game, nothing special

That's exactly the problem--it's not the data that is disappearing forever, it's the encryption key that is. If nobody on a hackable firmware is getting the theme in the next few days, we are potentially screwed. There is no guarantee that 9.3.0+ will ever be hacked.

you didn't fully understand it all the themes are the same, imagine 10 pieces of dlc for 1 game.
it's all the same encryption key. there is no problem, don't worry!

(for content, remember that we can use a hard mod to get our ticket.db, which we can then make cias from via FunkyCIA) 9.3 does not need to be hacked for this

Well i was in a nintendo zone spot a few days ago (specially drove 45 minutes to get to one, but i didn't recieve golden pants european nintendo boss and i didn't get any theme on my hackable 3ds, on my non hackable 3ds i recieved Europe President Satoru Shibata and no theme

European Streetpass days ends on 27/04/15

That assumes that someone on an Old 3DS with firmware ≤ 9.2.0-20E using rxTools EmuNAND updated to 9.7.0-25E got it during this exact week. That is the only way they could possibly have gotten it in such a way that it can be decrypted by FunkyCIA.

i'm not trying to be rude/condescending, but you are still not understanding
the theme will be on cdn, amongst all the other eur theme content files. it will probably be there 'forever', i doubt nintendo will not let you redownload the theme if you once have had it.
anyone can download anything from cdn. you can download korean mario kart 7 from eshop if you want, but you won't be able to use it unless you know the title key.
so, from whenever this theme you really want went up, it was simply a url that you can type in, and you can download on your computer. to decrypt, just use the title key used for eur themes. as i said, they are all part of the same thing. eur themes, so they share a title key.

ANYONE/everyone who has a eur theme ticket has the title key. no matter how old the ticket is. the title key does not change.
i really hope this makes it clearer, if not ask and i'll try explain specific things more if needed

This doesn't sound condescending to me, more frustrated from me being dense. I think I finally understand what you're saying. All the themes share the same title key, so simply having one theme at all is enough to decrypt every theme, even those you don't have? If so, great secure design, Nintendo =P

i'm not frustrated
but yes... very funny security. if for a game there are 4 pieces of dlc, i can buy one of them (or, i think you even get a ticket upon going into the the ingame dlc menu) -- this ticket will have the title key. so as long as we can patch signatures to get that ticket loaded, then we can patch the ticket to enable all dlc. (tickets for dlc have flags for what dlc you have bought, we can edit the ticket to enable all dlc but of course this will break the signature)

and with regards to this theme, it could be decrypted and loaded without signauture checks, with that custom theme homebrew thing that uses decrypted themes and the extdata
