What glitch? Can you provide more information?

Game saves created on system software 6.x and up, will always appear as corrupt on a system downgraded to 4.x

If you set up a 4.x emuNAND and boot it with rxTools, it will still show as corrupt.

After placing the slot0x25KeyX.bin at the root of your SD card, and updating your emuNAND to the latest version, your games created on ver. 6+ should play fine without "corruption" messages.

If this doesn't answer you're going to have provide me with more information about this supposed "glitch".

-snip-

Edit: Perhaps I was being more of an asshole than I intended to be. Full post quoted below as a permanent reminder for me not to be a dick.

I am trying to boot Alpha Sapphire and my emunand is on 9.5.0-23U, with KeyX being green on the rx menu, my sys is on 4.5. When it boots it still shows as corrupt, then i put Alpha Sapphire into my brothers 3DS which is on 22U and it doesn't show up as corrupt.

I'll look for the ctr decryptor problem.

I do not have any keyX, and i thing MT or GW don't either. They just hardcode a customized key i think, that's what makes their saves unreadable in real cardriges.

I actually didn't touch the function that generates the key, so on sysnands below 6.x it is probably bad generated. So, games you start in rxMode will just work on rxMode. That's the problem of the compatibility.
If you are wondering, i do not own the real keyX or the GW/MT one.
The only solution would be savedatafiler or an opensource homebrew with the same functionalities.

Also, you are forgetting i'll port the mset exploit to 6.x too. That would be good, since is the minimum firmware for 2ds and the save keys are properly generated :)

You were right, I was wrong.

Don't do it with any game other than Pokemon. You won't get a corruption message, it'll just delete your game without warning. I found out the hard way.

Just install legit .CIA off Alpha Sapphire ;) and problem solved (partially)

You can use both, but make sure they are unlinked and you're in emunand
