Oh I thought it was 3.0. That explains a lot because this GPU can only work with 3.0 max.check if it supports opengl 3.2, as that is the version citra is based on.update vga drivers if possible.

only 64bit builds are on the server
Just to let anyone who doesn't know stay the loop, official nightly builds have started being uploaded at http://builds.citra-emu.org/

It's quite obvious that you haven't got MSVCP120.dll within the same directory as Citra. You either need to place it in the same directory as Citra, or put in \Windows\system32 (which is the directory for 64-bit components, while sysWOW64 is for 32-bit components in Windows).

I have some questions:
1. How do I compile this emulator?
2. How can I play my TLoZ: OoT.3ds rom on this Emulator(/The OpenGl version)?
3. How are chances that this emulator will be ported to Android?
What platforms does Citra support?
We're pleased to say that Citra works on all three major desktop OSs!
Citra is compatible with Windows, Linux, and OS X. In the far future, mobile platforms may be targeted as well.

Pretty unlikely. At least, for a good while (I imagine a working one would take some time).
