Can we use this Exploit to install the DS Profile Exploit?
just curious

I don't think spider has access to NVRAM config. Ninjhax, which has more control than this, isn't listed as having access, so I doubt this by itself would.

How long it can take for .3dsx homebrew launcher converted to this method? After tweaking HTML part of browser exploit here I think I'm able to make the similar multiloader for different ROP with custom parameters. Just wondering will this be useful?

I doubt you can write 16KB of code (that is twice as much as all of gateway's second and third stage). But IF you desire, you can change LoadCode.S to be whatever size you want.

Of course, if you're thinking of using this to run homebrew, don't. Wait until I get 3dsx working. Then you can use ctrulib and all that fun stuff. Right now, you can only run raw ARM11 userland code. If someone lends me a 9.4 3ds, I can get it working on there too. It'll be for researching and stuff only.

I wish I had a bit of extra cash. I'd ship you my handheld in a heartbeat, and you could do whatever you need. I hope someone else can.

Could you use an updated emunand?

I don't have a gateway and I don't really trust their code since my 3ds is my primary gaming console at this point.

You can use MT Card's launcher for 9.4 emuNAND classic mode without a cart, but being a copy of Gateway's work that doesn't really do much for the trust issue. :P

I could use my 3ds for beta testing, just have no means to ship it(aka send me the files and I'll test them)

Yeah, I agree with shutter. I'd be more than willing to update to 9.4 for testing if you can guarantee I won't be without homebrew for long.

Can we please keep 4chan and image macros out of the Homebrew Development section? There's enough of that already in the flashcart section.

Anyhow, thank you for the release, Yifan_lu. Hopefully this will lead to interesting things.

I can also use my 9.4 3DS for testing, if that is even useful (read as - fast enough to test multiple aproaches quickly)

And also, one more thing. Do you think it's even possible for Nintendo to patch gspwn? There are most likely games that make use of the fact that GPU can read to the main RAM of the console, so Nintendo couldn't lock it without breaking several games in the process.
