Hacking CIA to 3DS

I've got a big micro sd, but no space on my SD card. Is there any way to make a CIA i've downloaded into a .3DS for my Gateway?

I guess it's easier to download it as .3ds or .3dz ....

You could also buy one of those MicroSD to SD card adapter. That works fine for me.

If it's not encrypted, you can do it with makerom.

makerom -ciatocci game.cia

Isn't this only if the CIA is not encrypted, right?

Yes, .cci is the official extension for a .3ds format ROM.

It should do. Are you sure the ROM you converted was decrypted and confirmed working as a .cia?

yeah I created an undub for a game and its working as CIA. tried this method for 2 or 3 working CIA and the still the same problem a blank icon in gateway
EnableCrypt must be false while creating the cia right?

did this method worked for you?
