I'll take "Angry Developers Who Don't Like Their Work Leaked" for $500, Alex (Jeopardy reference XD) Leaks happen all the time, and they cannot be stopped permanently.

Leaks only happen when developers trust the wrong people, or make silly mistakes with where they put their work.

It's all well and good expecting it to happen at some point, but outright saying "I know people who will leak this" without any evidence as as pointless as any other baseless speculation.

I'm not involved with anything behind the scenes, but the fact things are so well hidden by other hackers makes obtaining or leaking all the more desirable. They shouldn't have flaunted their e-peens in the first place, their own damn fault for teasing 3DS users. Whatever happens, I'm bringing the popcorn, I can't wait to see the butthurt from said hackers They play with fire, they're gonna get burned. Stingy jerks.

You should ask him if he though about selling it, it takes a lot of work to RE and make a cfw, I can understand why he doesn't wants to released it for free.
