Well obviously you don't, you don't have a Gateway yet. That literally effects me in no way whatsoever so I hope the update comes ASAP because it doesn't even effect you negatively.

Being honest now, I actually would prefer it to just be released as I splashed out £234 (358USD) on a New 3DS XL and cart purely for Gateway. In deep!

People want fast releases so they ask for beta. What they don't know is that beta testing means testing their prototypes which will likely brick the users' 3DS. Gateway team will be receiving both feedback and complaints of that is the case.
