You know I think, in my personal opinion, the first thing we should do is get a kernel exploit, and then make the vwii and wiiu NAND writeable, THEN we should worry about backup loaders and custom themes and mods
We should also hurry up and put boot2 on the vwii so we can use bootmii again

kernel exploit was already technically achieved, there just working on perfecting it. vWii is already writeable, that's how people are able to install custom wad files and IOS's lol. As for boot2, idk if that's going to happen or not.

Well at least for me they sayd they would only charge my credit card when the order was shipped.
But no one can confirm if it is really dead. I don't think it is... But I wonder what is this new something big thing coming.

Thanks for keeping an eye out for new k3y updates, but I'm gonna bet $500 this will amount to NOTHING as usual. I'm halfway convinced wiikey/djbubba2002 were paid by Nintendo to convince naive people like me to buy a Wii U thinking it's on the verge of getting blown wide open

It could be in reference to the upcoming kernel exploit. Perhaps someones working on a softwate based backup loader...

This is why people should never pre-order such devices until they are set in stone and samples are sent to reviewers. Most re-sellers won't charge the card until shipping, yet some do, so no sympathy there.
