Hi everyone,
I'm trying to get TWiLight Menu++ (flashcard version) working on my flashcart to fix an anti-piracy freeze issue with Inazuma Eleven (French version, both original and AP-patched with the "ie.bat" tool — same result either way).
Setup:
Issue 1: With the default nds-bootstrap loader, the game then crashes with "Error: Data Abort" (PC: 0213A7D0, ADDR: 00000000) a bit further in. Tried both "Stable" and "Default" bootstrap versions in the per-game settings — same crash both times.
Issue 2: Tried switching the game loader to Pico Loader instead, to bypass nds-bootstrap entirely. Tested both pico_package_M3DS.zip and pico_package_DSTT.zip — both result in a white screen freeze right at the flashcard's boot screen (recoverable via power cycle, no permanent damage thankfully).
Current problem: After cleaning up the Pico attempts (removing _pico, _picoboot.nds, scfw.sc, and restoring R4.dat/TTMenu.dat from the "R4i SDHC Brand New V2.0" folder), I can no longer get TWiLight Menu++ to boot at all — still getting a white screen, even though this is the exact same kernel combo that worked the first time. SD card copies verified clean (safely ejected, no write errors, correct file sizes each time).
Questions:

Setup:
- Card: "R4i 3DS Upgrade SDHC - Revolution for 3DS/DSi XL/LL/DSL/DS - GOLD Pro - Real Time Save" from www.r4isdhc.com, dated 2025
- Console: New 2DS with CFW (Luma3DS), also have access to a DSi XL
Issue 1: With the default nds-bootstrap loader, the game then crashes with "Error: Data Abort" (PC: 0213A7D0, ADDR: 00000000) a bit further in. Tried both "Stable" and "Default" bootstrap versions in the per-game settings — same crash both times.

Questions:
- Does anyone know which exact Pico Loader platform is compatible with this specific 2025 R4i Gold Pro card?
- Is there a fix for the Data Abort crash with nds-bootstrap on Inazuma Eleven specifically? (Game works fine when I tested the exact same ROM file on a PC emulator, so the ROM itself is confirmed clean.)
- Any idea why the previously-working "R4i SDHC Brand New V2.0" kernel no longer boots TWiLight Menu++ even after a clean restore?
