Oh, it's the OR/AS demo? That's been out for a while now and those who've got it can play for unlimited tries. I haven't even finished the demo because I'm not too much of a Pokémon gamer but I'll get to it sometime.
It's been out for you european, but for us of the american continent, it hasn't been released yet

i just got mine, but for some strange reason i can't see a code it just says a word and thats it
i got the white box and a gray coupon box as well, but....
the newsletter servers, the is getting that code for the email, is getting hit super hard(how many people got the newsletter at the same time)
so it must be timing out when it is trying to get the code, so you get the gray box or white box
try and open the email as a web page and see if the code loads (or try a little latter)
after a few refreshes the code did load and d/ling it now

its the servers, give them a little bit once everyone stops redeeming the codes or whatever it is they are doing things should slow down and go back to normal.
