has anyone ever ordered from them? I ordered my GATEWAY on sunday night, and my order still says processing? i have tried to email them etc.. with no such luck

yeah i got mine from there, the time it takes to get a response from them could be improved, but mine came in about 3 or 4 days.......give it to the end of the week, you should have it by then, oh and mine onlt got marked as dispatched after i had already received it

wish I had hoped but my order doesn't even say shipped etc, it's possible they have not updated it.. but still.

I e-mailed them and tweeted them, like other's have said their response time is awful but they will send it out so dont worry.

I ordered mine from teensy 15days ago... One week just to be shipped, and now its stuck in germany since the 15th with no fucking updates, i dont get it, im from Portugal, why the fuck did it go to germany??? I Will Never ever buy anything from them again. (And they dont even awnser my fucking emails)

they are in the uk, although i ordered mine nearly a year ago so idk if things have changed, but mine was with me by the end of the week

as i said before though mine wasnt actually marked as dispatched until the day it arrived....they have always been fairly poor on the customer communication part

well I ordered on sunday night, so they had to of posted it around monday... so Saturday will be the 6th day.

hmmm lets just imagine they may of been delayed slightly in posting so say the latest it should of been posted by is Wednesday, i think mine was sent royal mail signed for, so really it *should* be with you within 4 days max.....but iirc i seen someone ended up waiting like 2 weeks once and after a week they got a replay saying that their stock had been delayed,hopefully its with you tomorrow though

I got an email yesterday, stating my order was shipped.. still can't BELIEVE it took them a week just to ship it out... but i have a tracking number now.

They're in the Isle of Man or Gibraltor, definitely not Mainland UK but they're considered part of it. 15 days sucks to be honest, It's not good enough.

well, my item was sent out on saturday afternoon around 13.00, and think it got sent out with Royal Mail 1st class signed for, what aims to deliver next working day, sunday doesn't count cause there's no post on a sunday, so maybe it could come today who knows.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Isn't next day delivery, although it does usually happen, they have a delivery service that guarantees next day delivery and it's quite dear. Anyway did it arrive?

yeah I know its not guaranteed next day.. but it says on the royal mail site they aim for next day, but no it didn't arrive.
