Not quite explicit, but cIOS 249 used base ios 37, 250 used base ios 38 and ios 251 used base ios 58, if we did the installation in order from d2xcIOS installer. But I think if we install a cIOS on slot 249 with ios 38 as base, that might be the same as current ios 250.
249 or 250 are just free slots not used for the system, what is really important is the base used in the d2x installation
For me, my IOS 249 uses IOS 56 as a base, IOS250 uses IOS57 and 251 uses 58. The Base IOS is really the important thing.

I tested latest version 2.174 and still all my games are launched as 480i and not asking for progressive mode. It's weird because my TV and wii are set to 480p with component cables, but when the game starts it automatically goes to Standard 480i.

That is weird indeed, some of my games didn't ask for progressive scan for a while (the metroid prime games came in my mind), but they still output in progressive scan. hmmm...
Lately (since real memorycard usage integration) my games stopped asking for progressive mode. And the TV says its on standard lol...the issue is the screen its filled on the right but has a black bar on the left...
Oh and just be sure...

I confirm that. Already updated compatibility list.
Oh one more thing, I did know about the cIOS and IOS bases,, is just that I've noticed that for me most apps work better with 250, USB loader being an example, since I had a similar issue before with 249 and had to switch to 250

is set to 480p and all fine but with nintendont its not when I launch a game....well thats my issue ill try to deal with it, its kinda weird.
the latest official release for USB Loader GX is 1231
1232 is a Chinese rip off and that guy never release his source code like what he did on Cfgloader v71.
According to GNU licensing policy, that is outright piracy - not that I think you care.
I personally will not try those versions in respect to the official devs.

That explanation sounds pretty fabricated and unsubstantiated. That being said, that's false information and that version works just fine with Nintendont. 1232 is WIP, 1231 is official, and was updated by a mod.

Usb loader GX 1232 is in wip. the latest official one is 1231.
