Hello everyone,

having already received a lot of help, I reckon it'd be polite to introduce myself and say cheers for all the replies I've already got.

I'm a music student, and after having spent a year at Berkeley, thus the US flag, I'll be spending a year in Germany (that's in Europe, for you Americans;)) before going back to the UK.

Though I'm mainly interested in reliving my old SNES days, I'm also curious to explore newer games on Nintendo consoles, thinking of getting a Wii and definitely getting either a 3DS or a DSi.

That's it, see you around!

Welcome, lady :)

If you are going for a handheld, go for the 3DS, or even better wait for the New one to come out.
And a Wii U since it plays all Wii games and you get a little bit more chance of playing old ones from the eShop :)

You should get the Wii U & New Nintendo 3DS the Wii U has the best of both worlds cause you've got Wii games & Wii shop plus the new features same with NN3DS :)
