Homebrew Earthbound working from Priiloader but not USBLoaderGX?

I spent quite a while getting an injected Earthbound rom to work, I installed the NTSC firmware over my PAL firmware with modmii, and now when I open Earthbound from USBLoaderGX it no longer crashes on a black screen. Now it says "connect the classic controller to the p1 wii remote", and that's it, I even tried syncing the Wii Remote to another Wii so it would make my GC controller the priority..

The weird thing is, I ran Earthbound from Priiloader, and it worked without that message. I'm trying to have every game running from USBLoaderGX so if anyone has any ideas I would be interested to hear them

I've never played through this game and I want to play through it on my huge CRT TV (I can play it now which is great, I just want to get it to work from the loader because I'm fussy).

Instead of messing with injections and such, have you tried just using the rom in snes9xgx?

Well the reason I like to use the VC titles, is I can have a box for each game separately in my usb loader and I just like to have all my games individually with box art because it's cooler that way, rather than choosing an emulator and then choosing a game. I would pretty much only do that if it was the only way to get it to work

Earthbound also works from the wii system menu.. just not from usbloadergx.

this whole injection stuff is such a pain in the butt, it really is. If you thoroughly google earthbound vc for wii, or what would be more effective, "earthbound wad," you should find a wad file to download that would allow earthbound to show up as its own separate title. I do remember that it was hard to find though. (the earthbound rom is also injected onto an actual vc snes wad such as donkey kong country. So when you download the earthbound wad and install it on your wii, the save file may appear as donkey kong country instead of earthbound, but thats not a problem. Ignore this if you do not know what I am saying. I do not want to confuse you lol).

Don't worry I know all about how the injection works, it just wont run from usbloadergx without telling me "plug the classic controller in or press a to go to the wii system menu". If I run the game from the system menu, or from priiloader it works though... pretty dumb I know :S

FIXED! I messed around with the settings for a while, changing the video mode to Pal50 caused glitches with the image, Pal60 screwed up the aspect ratio but Region Patch made it work like normal. I set everything else to default so it's definitely the one setting that was necessary.

Finally and I definitely don't need to change my system menu to NTSC (using another Wii with PAL system menu).
