Hacking Homebrew USBLoaderGX games not working anymore?

Hey everybody. Im really new to this wii hacks world and yesterday I just figured out and installed UsbLoaderGX and the cIOS program. I was playing New Super Mario and Wii Sports just fine this morning but now when i want to play again none of my games load, it just keeps on black screen. (Yes, I waited for a minute)

Can someone help me?
Im using a sandisk cruzer glide 3.0 32gb and my cIOS settings are these (if that helps):
d2x-v11-beta3
base: 37
Slot: 249
Revision: 65535

That's not the ideal cios setup, you should have base 38 installed to slot 248, and in 249-251 should be base 56, 57 and 58, respectively. This is noted in wii.hacks.guide and modmii, as well as the suggested setup from the ULGX developer, blackb0x.

That being said, if it loaded before, it should continue to load assuming nothing else changed. However, I'd still start by updating your softmods. The easiest way to do that is to drag and drop your syscheck.csv onto modmii.exe and it will tell you what to do
