This is the most exiting console hacking exploit to the public in many many years! Would it be possible to do a "Hello World" on the wii u gamepad? That would sell many wii u consoles for sure :)

Edit. It was already done! Fantastic news!!!

So, an exploit already existed for Wii U...
I guess from now on Nintendo will fix it in newer consoles for good. And users will have to flash/downgrade to FW <= 5.00 (same story of PS3 with OFW 3.55).

Or just not update their systems at all, as there's not really any compelling features that convince people otherwise, unless of course people want to access the eShop.

Well, I got an idea I want to try, just have a problem I can't find where you "compile"(you know what I mean) the ROP chain, I have so far only been changing the JS code

Look at build_stack() in build/generate_html.py. The values are reread from the stack{ver}.txt every time you rebuild HTML page.

Team Fail Try this. The pictures shown may seem a bit newer than your model (Quite obviously), but it looks like the interface matches up if you ignore the fancy new UI elements.

Let me know wazzap.

who can try this http://vinobirra.comli.com/ with 4.1? and tellme if it works?

I will give this a shot right now and post my results :). I don't think you'll be needing a video this time :P. I've already done that for wulfystylez, so you know i'm not trolling lol

naxil It works. Unfortunately, I have no idea what it says haha. I don't speak any foreign languages lol

That only seems to block devices from accessing the internet via their IP address on the local network.

I looked around, and I can't seem to find any options for blocking specific IP's with your router. Since you have the router itself, your best bet is to explore on your own, but if you can't find anything, you'll have to get a new one to gain access to that kind of feature. In the mean time, when your console starts an update, just power off your device.
