I was about to say... I don't think Miyamoto would be caught holding an Xbox controller(in public at least)

Of course I joke but has there ever been picture evidence of him playing another system in public? I'd imagine a Nintendo hitman in the back just watching his every move at E3.

And he did try before in one E3, Gravity Rush on the Vita. And even said he liked it.
Not that big of a deal, but it's funny seeing him trying it.

Miyamoto is a game designer, why would he have loyalty to only Nintendo games? Like he makes them, he wouldn't want to play his own games if knows all the tricks in the book.

Plus he's not like a press figure, he's just a developer who likes to see the cutting edge.

But really, he should've just checked out Project Morpheus, we all know the Rift is dead.

You should always aim to do things better than your competitor but how can you if you don't know what your competitor is doing? Even in mobile market it seems iOS devs have gotten some features from android and vice versa and it benefits both android and iOS users.

Now that I actually own Vita and had thousands of games for it instantly thanks to playstation plus, I could see that game being on Wii U and using most out of gamepad if it weren't sonys IP.
