Hacking [HOW-TO] Use Scene Dumps with GW 2.2 Online

I edit (header from Metal_Gear_Solid_Snake_Eater_3D_JPN_3DS-HR) to

45 6.2
F0 4gb
98 card2

and inject it to Pokemon Y.3dZ

and I get this





BTW i'v got Mario_Kart_7_USA_3DS-VENOM works with original header

That is your access point at fault m8ty, your wifi, not your rom, that is to do with your router at home.

Maybe i'm misunderstanding this but. the first two numbers, arent they supposed to be equal to the firmware the game requires? so pokemon is for example 6.1

I don't think so because mine comes from an old 3DS 4GB game and it works with Mario Golf etc.. Have you updated your Emunand to the latest version?

i finished the game with my ROM , I assume the rom isn't corrupted too

Yeah(7.1) I downloaded the 1.2 patch just a few hours ago. So I do have acces to the server. And it doesn't make sense if the first two numbers arent game cart fw requirement. Why else would aliak place the firmware hex 6.1/6.2 since everyone is using 4.1-4.5

Yes it was .3DZ. I don't think this is going anywhere. Thanx a lot for your help (and the others that responded to my post as well). I will just wait and see if someone else were able to run pokemon online without original dump

I honestly dont know, my mh is C2 and mh requires 4.4 But i doubt it's the region. Unless aliak ordered games from europe/america/japan or something xD
