These weekend slow downs have almost never been associated with new codes. Code rollouts have been done mainly during the week.
I'm not saying that it can't happen, but don't go reading too much into this. This has been common on the weekends. It will be back up and working normally in a bit.

This seems to be Datel's scheduled maintenance period. For the past few weekends, this has been happening. It lasts for 30 min to an hour, and then comes back up. To the best of my knowledge, I do not recall any new codes rolled out during these periods on the weekend (at least for Pokemon.)
