That would never ever happen unfortunately.

It's very likely that much like in the case of IS-Nitro, the actual 3DS he's holding, outside of the controls and the screens, is a dummy. I'm not entirely sure though, there are some members who own some parts of the Panda devkit, so perhaps they'd know more in this regard. In any case, if you want to capture a video feed from the system, you have to use an external capture card and a PC - there's just no other way to do this since no port on the 3DS is video out-ready.just saw this video, I noticed sakurai used a 3DS which is attached with some cable in the cartridge. but for developer only?
