Hacking how do i update flash cart?

WTF are you talking about? That a R4i Gold from www.r4ids.cn. Not a clone, runs native non-hacked Wood so it doesn't get much better than this.

Go to "upgrade patch area" and grab the latest 6.2 upgrade file then run that .nds file like uoi would a game in the Wood menu. Depending on your card revision it might not support the flash update though...

Yes but you already have that otherwise you wouldn't be able to take that screenshot in the first post (which is Wood). Run the .nds updater file, if it "fails" you probably have on older revision card.
