How good is AC:NL? Is it good for a person who never played Animal Crossing?
Um. It's good. Really though, either you'll be hooked or you won't be. Have you ever played a life simulating game before? This is obviously more playful than those, but at the same time, there's no means of fast progression that doesn't feel like cheating. I wouldn't personally recommend just picking it up out of the blue, but at the same time, since you've never played Animal Crossing before, you might have a really good time with it.

This is the hard part about Animal Crossing. There is literally nothing to compare it to directly. It's not like I can say "if you liked this, then you'll love Animal Crossing". It's just like, I dunno. Look up some videos. If it looks like something you'll like, get it. Otherwise, you know, maybe buy a used hard copy at some point from somewhere like Gamestop so that you can return it if it isn't something you like.

Just bought SSFIV because it was $10!

I think most of us poor early 3DS adopters would've given that piece of crap away for free to you.

Also, this. All of this. Devil Survivor is my personal favorite. All Atlus games are great though.

aand Zero Escape. Fantastic (and very long) game. I'm assuming it's on the eShop (i've never actually browsed it before).
