I am getting the error 'An error occurred when attempting to write data to handle Error 5:Access denied'

I did have a game on the micro sd that I am trying to write to that was working fine but I wanted to change it to luigis mansion and I am getting this error now when I am trying to do it.

Does anybody know why this mite be?

I have tried adding several games but I keep getting the error message.

I made up 6 micro sd cards last night perfectly I really don't know what I am doing wrong now.

I was using an sd adapter to put the micro sd into (the same way I did last night) and its not locked as I checked and tried another sd adapter but still no joy for some reason. I have just tried putting the micro sd into a usb adapter and its working????????????

I have no idea why the sd adapter is saying access denied?

My 4th thread since this time last year?

Sorry I didn't realise I was living in N.korea
Considering you made 3 threads this weeks and they were all in the wrong section (needed to be posts in the noob paradise thread), I'm pretty sure their frustration is justified.

Guys, I had the same problem with trying to flash new raspbian os to the card. Basically, I had Unlocker installed on my PC, so I was curious enough to scan whether my plugged usb card was used by any processes (I'm on Windows). It turned out that indeed, there was a process (some app) that was tracking my usb card. I unlocked it and problem is solved. Hope that helps somebody...)

Sometimes they just stop working on certain systems. I had one that just started refusing to work on my Wii, but's still fine on my pc. Got another adapter with another sd micro, and it works fine on the Wii.
