They certainly do sell eShop cards in store, in 20, 35 and 50 dollar selections

Just wondering because I'm looking to take advantage of the B2G1 offer next week, and WWHD is releasing on the 20th in digital form at that time. The physical copies won't be until after this sale ends

Yeah, this is keeping me from jumping on the deal.

I wanted to get Wonderful 101, Rayman, and Windwaker

Maybe they will let you do a pre order as part of the deal? I was thinking of trying that.

Preorders are $1 cards that don't come off the price of the game, but you get a $5 gift card when the game is purchased. You can't pay in full (or any amount higher than that $1) when you preorder it. Not gonna be able to do what you're wanting to do.

Didn't think that would work. Lame.

I can't think of a third game I would want.

I have seen them selling download codes for games on other consoles....

What if I used this deal and bought a game I didn't want. Could I then exchange it unopened and get Zelda when it comes out?

That I don't remember... I want to say both yes and no at the same time. I -think- it works but I'm not gonna make any promises. Make sure the game you buy that you don't want is the same value as Zelda.

Cool, I should of asked this when I was in the store yesterday. I guess i will ask them or perhaps keep all 3 games unopened and just return them all if they don't let me do it.

EDIT: I just called the store and they told me I could do this as long as the game was not opened and was the same value (or pay the difference).

Well I went to a different store to do the exchange this morning out of convenience and ended up having to pay an extra $10 to get Wind Waker.

I bought two $60 games and got one $60 game free. They would not let me exchange the title and instead refunded me $40 for one game and then I bought Wind Waker for $50.
