Then why would you get it? If 3DS firmware compatibility is such a big concern (which it is, believe me), why would you purposely buy something that's known to drop support? You could buy it and it could support the current latest at the moment (assuming you're being sold a recent model and not old stock), but then you could get the 3DS updated once or twice and it'll not work anymore (as we see
every single day in these forums) due to a lack of support.
I mean, if you're just some sort of masochist that
likes buying inferior products and
likes having to repurchase flash carts, go ahead, assuming it's updated it should work as-is.
But if not and if you plan to use this flash cart on the 3DS for a while (without being locked out of new 3DS games (which require updates before playing) or wireless capability) then it's a much smarter move to go for a cart that's known to bypass updates just fine.
I mean, if you'd like I can link you to 15+ threads where people,
like you, bought a shitty clone because it happened to be cheap and available (often against out advice, like you're doing now), and then link you to their later posts where they openly regret it if that'll help you make a smarter decision...
