Hacking Any online stores in based in the UK selling R4i Gold 3DS RTS?

I'm sorry if this type of thread has been created dozens of times already but no amount of googling has given me much success. Has anyone had experience of buying from any UK sites to put me at ease about them not being a scam? The closest I found was http://www.r4igold3ds.co.uk/ but it looks quite dubious. So basically, does anyone know of any sites that are known to be legit in the UK?
And preferably one that states that it comes updated up to the latest firmware update.

The UK banned the sale of flash carts, and even before that, these things are only made in China so any shop you order from is getting their stock from China and then just shipping it to you. If this one is actually importing into London and then shipping from there as they say, I can't tell though, since I've never used them.

Anyways my point is you might as well just try buying from a Chinese import shop, since they all come from the same place and it'll be cheaper.

The only downside to those three is that the total comes to about $45. I'd like to be able to save myself the $30 (£20 or so) by buying from a UK distributor.
