Have you, would you and can we get some reasoning? Going for a single run here, if a film should return to cinemas for an anniversary, remastered edition or something that works well enough.

No, no and it would not even occur to me to bother doing such a thing, the prospect of which I find almost bizarre to even contemplate.

I usually only go to foreign films.
Film festivals where they display Korean/Norwegian/Thai/whatever other non-english film.

So I don't really mind.

I watched Fast Five and Fast and Furious 6 in the theaters twice each. Why? Because cars.

If we're talking about returns to the theaters, then I've done it once with Lion King. C'mon, why wouldn't you? It's classic badass Disney.

I watch A LOT of films mutliple times in their original run and sometimes the second run when there is one. I do it because I just love films. i love movies, I love the cinema experience. I go to the theater to see a film if I can afford it. I have also never walked out on a film no mater how bad, but truth be told i read so much filmstuff I can usually tell in advance when a film is bad (it's a feeling I get when I see the trailer, sometimes it feels off, like The Lone Ranger for example, somehow it feels like a disaster to happen).

I just enjoy watching films more than once. I love the familiarity and I love looking in the background for hidden details I might have missed. and i like the tehater feeling. There is no real reason for me to do it though. i just enjoy it and do it because I can^^

I watched star wars (the three original movies) at the cinemas independantly then some years later they had a run off all three concurrently i watched those too... wayyyyy to much cinema in one go. But i was young and loved star wars. There isnt much i'd happily see again at the cinema unless it was say ET for the sake of my kids , that kinda thing , or films i missed first time round but did catch on the small screen / dodgy download.

I saw the Pokemon movie twice in cinema. My reasoning was I was ten years old.

This. If someone else is paying (like if you're a little kid or a girl on a date), then hell, why not?

I'm not either of those two things so I have to pay, though. Here in the US, a movie showing is $10 each, plus whatever munchies you want, which can more than double the price. Because of this, I no longer go to the movies at all.

I have a 70" HDTV at home, and a Netflix subscription that allows me to take out any 3 Blu-Rays I want at any time. Because of this, I see little reason to patron the theatre, especially considering you always run into the annoying group of teenagers, broken chair, and sticky floor.

Let's not forget the people who chew on their food louder than the movie. Stupid nachos.
