Hacking Bought R4i from http://www.cheapr4i.com/ No E-Mail, no tracking number

I bought an r4i Gold from http://www.cheapr4i.com
But i have not received the tracking number that i paid the extra amount of money for.

Did anyone who bought a flashcard from this website had a problem with not receiving the number and having no answers to e-mails?

I used to have all kinds of issues buying from these kinds of sites. Your best bet is to email them about the issue. Also, check to see that you gave them the right email, as it could just be a typo.

I've used them on more than one occasion without any probs, and i know of a few members here at the Temp who have received their purchases without a problem.

The E-Mails are both correct, I guess it could take them more time since it's a smaller company. I just mailed them asking for the tracking number, On their website, it mentions they should reply within 1-2 working days.

I've used them on more than one occasion without any problems, and i know of a few members here at the Temp who have received their purchases without a problem.

It's not much of a deal as I have a friend who bought from them without problems but I'm just wondering why I haven't received any mail from them with any info. Also i bought it on the 13th. It's not that i have a problem with the delivery, just wondering why I haven't received the tracking number.

I see, IIRC, there was someone who had the same experience as you, (not receiving their tracking number), received their cart the next day after making a thread as you have done.

Well... I just got it today ( The next day ) I see you fore told the feature

Ordered on yesterday , got email to say it was shipped today... emailed for tracking number twice and have had no reply but will wait and see....

There has been other purchasers from there that didn't receive a tracking number, but still received their cart.

I believe they may have a problem with the tracking numbers and emails. But the site is safe and that's really anyone needs to know

Yeah a lot of sites like this take a while to email your info and that kinda stuff.... but more times than not, you're gonna get your stuff on the same day regardless of communication.

at least in my experience
