I tried WHAT YOU ALL said it dont work. I used Wiiflow and CFG usb loader and USB loader GX what is nand emulation?

It's where you made a copy of what's in your Wii's internal memory (called NAND) onto your SD or USB drive and force it to save your game's progress on the copy instead of the real NAND inside your Wii. It's a setting you'd have to turn on in CFG, GX or WiiFlow and if you don't know what it is you probably don't have it.

Yeah, this is totally weird.

It's always something small that's overlooked
maybe you could .. umm .. make a youtube video of you going into the backup loader, setting the IOS to 250 and starting the game and it running up to the point where you have the problem.

(seems kinda redundant ... but then again so does EVERYTHING else that's been suggested now.)

You can get this game running by using a cios with a base ios of 57
