Hacking Weird Internet Issue

First off, I know the title says "Internet Issue" but I know the issue is caused by other stuff.

I'm really new to wii softmodding, but I do generally know my way around it.

After installing a batch of things quite carefully, (a few CIOS's and some other junk I needed) my wii stopped connecting to Nintendo servers or whatever. The wireless connection works perfectly fine (Internet Channel proves this) but I'm unable to play games online or update the system. I need to update the system in order to download Netflix (and the new YouTube channel would be nice) but I can't. I tried getting a .wad of Netflix but it won't let me install it for some reason, so my problem still lies in connecting to the Shop Channel. I really don't care about bricking this particular wii, so updating seems like my best bet if I can get that working somehow.

Sorry for being so vague about what I installed but I really don't remember. Can anyone help please?

When I try connecting to the shop channel, it tells me to update and sends me to the settings menu.
With playing games, it says that it can't connect.

The connection test finishes, confirming that it can connect, then the update attempts to start. It quits after about 15-20 seconds and gives me error code #32034. I've looked the code up before but I was unable to find anything about it.

Do you have priiloader blocking the update?

You can update the shop channel with wiimod, install the shop channel, update ios56 (I think 56), install ios62.
