Gaming Why there is no Flipnote in my 3DS?

I don't frigging get it. I notice alot of people do edit Flipnote. So I look up in Nintendo E-Shop. It is not there. Why is not there?

Flipnote Studio is exclusive for Nintendo DSi. Nintendo said they are working on a 3DS version called Flipnote Memo, but it's been 2 years and no release

Finally! Someone here gets it! Fuck!!! That's exactly what i've been saying for weeks now!! Until the 3ds gets flipnote studio the dsi will always be better (IMO, i don't care what other people think) nintendo needs to get off there lazy ass and do something! Dammit if nintendo doesn't put flipnote studio on 3ds soon i'm going to petition the hell about it! Sigh...there thats enough of my rant.
