Hardware Can you record videos on the 3DS?

Hello my name is TackyPie and I am kinda new to this site and I was just wondering if you can record videos on the 3DS mine is coming in tomorrow so i cant test it out myself.

theres a 3D camera on the back for a reason

Ok thanks for the help I looked into buying the capture card, but I dont thinks it worth it I would rather use a camera.
