David Says: This will absolutely change the way we game on our smartphones :) and gives you guys a *thumbs up* for making this, nice work.

Would it be possible to use the older version of PCE Fast for 0.9.8 Retroarch till these issues get clear up?

Yes, I can confirm this.
Also military madness has the same corruption after the title screen.
Battle royal, Cadash, champions forever boxing, davis cup tennis, final lap twin, ghost manor, klax, legend of hero toma, ninja spirit, order of the griffon, panza kick boxing, side arms hyperdyne, tv sports basketball-football - hockey, yo bro, also have this problem. ALL ARE USA ROMS I tested.

When will a fix be released for the ccpro issues? It also seems, the controls with ccpro aren't always registering Y button or simultane button presses.
Right now I am using the fix that toadking posted, and the inputs are also sticking in the gui and emus at random intervals using ccpro.

There's no use reporting issues about the current existing version - we know it's totally bugged with CC Pro, it was my mistake and it will be fixed in the next release. Now that I got most of the big stuff out of the way for the Android port I can finally get back to the Wii/PS3 stuff.

Regarding PC Engine - just use Wii Mednafen for now for PC Engine until I can find out what the issue is - I'll try to get it fixed but I can't promise it will be fixed for this next point release.

These issues didn't happen with the previous version?

I just tried using the older PCE Fast and it does not allow me to set any custom resolutions in 0.9.8. (does not even display them, only shows the older options that were available in the older version of Retroarch)

I'm going to withhold reporting emulator-related issues on this thread. Why? Because, I can tell that such trivial "reports" only exacerbate the programmers' stress levels even more. So yeah, there ya have it :(

I don't have any stress - but I have a lot of things still left to do however (including fixing up the PS3/Wii versions).

He's probably just very busy trying to fix many thing at once and only replies on here sparingly due to the load of work he's encountering. I can understand how that feels myself, especially when your 100% determined to fix a problem....chatting in a forum is not as important as the job at hand.

All in due time the way I see it. Patience is of virtue. No need to bombard him about an issue they've been made aware of ;) Thanks guys, while the release did have some more serious bugs, I'm still enjoying the hell out of snes9x-next :yaywii:

We fixed the FBA issue with the service mode problems at least now today. Took a long time to find out it all revolved around one single line that had a bug (in our code).

Going to take a look at the other issues now that this is resolved. Guess we will just throw in FBA 0.2.97.26 and FBA 0.2.97.28 - the former should fit more games into memory as it stands right now - perhaps some of those PGM and Psikyo game would actually fit into memory on there. Be forewarned though - last time I checked, PGM was slow even on PS3/360 - so that's probably wise to take into consideration.

Understood, glad I could point the issues out concerning PCE emulation.

One more thing I'd like to add.....

Wii Mednafen's PC Engine has no issues in Double Strike (240p) mode. Its in the correct resolution, pixels are uniform with no tearing in vertical scrolling. So that's pretty much proves that - at least for PCE Fast in Retroarch - the 239p mode has a flaw or the emu itself does not get along with it.

So like you said, Wii Mednafen will have to do for now.

still would love to see a way to hide non used cores in android build, or am i missing something and you can do that allready? xd
No idea how it works on android but, on Wii I can just delete the cores I do not need.

A question, there is any planned support for Armv6 ? I know most of the emulators wouldnt run at full speed (Psx, Cps2 etc), but i would really like to have most of the old school emualtors in 1 application.
