I wanted to download and dump a bunch of virtual console games onto my Wii U/Wii mode so my question is how would I go about doing that safely as possible? If someone could link me to a detailed guide or specifically tell me how to do it would be amazing! I'm only looking for a guide or information on how to install free virtual console games on my Vwii and what steps I would have to take in order to achieve my goal!

That's Piracy, my friend. We deal with legit backups, here!

----

You dump .WAD files using BlueDump (I believe), and then install them onto vWii with MultiModManager or WiiXplorer.

As for softmodding the vWii in the first place so you can do so, if you Read The Stickies you'd find tutorials on the subject..

You have to install the Homebrew Channel and then use a Wadmanager that supports HW_AHBPROT like YAWMM.
By this you don´t need to install a cIOS.
Please explain in a way I'll understand I'm sorry for being a HUGE NOOB. I was gonna install HBC with hackmii_installer and the Smash stack_JP method. What's a wadmanager and HW_AHBROT, YAWMM and so on? Thanks for all the help.

When you download a Virtual Console or WiiWare game, it comes as a wad file (i.e. SuperMario64.wad).
To install these wad files, you need a wadmanager.
YAWMM is a wadmanager that works on vWii without any other modifications (cIOS).
Load YAWMM from the Homebrew Channel and install the wads you have copied to SD card.

Alternatively simply open the Wii Shop channel. This will allow you to "download and dump a bunch of" VC games directly onto your Wii U Wii Mode "as safely as possible", and they are guaranteed to work.
Thanks yet again for your useful insight.

If Stalkid64X's post was too hard to understand, I think you probably shouldn't be doing anything in hacking.
The Wii Shop Channel does allow you to "download and dump a bunch of VC games" onto your Wii or vWii by purchasing them.

I am aware of the sarcastic tone in this however I will refrain from being overly critical. Yes that is correct. Your softmod or exploit was developed to execute homebrew code, homebrew meaning legal creations of non proprietary code owned by copyright holders. Which means home made games, tools, and apps. The backup launchers are made for the sole purpose as to what they are named for "backups". A backup is just that, a backup of your legally owned game to store it in digital format to protect your investment in the instance of damage to the physical copy as well as retaining the physical copy in a separate location allowing you to travel without them so long as you still are the owner of that physical copy. One other thing, you may back up your vwii however the method is slightly inaccurate as it is using modified or altered versions of programs originally designed for the Wii console as well as the non existent boot2 will cause a backup to be rendered useless in case of damage to the vwii software. You are able get a full clean backup of the WiiU/Vwii mode combined but not without first opening your console and voiding your at this time. You would not require any soldering skills in this method which I will be releasing shortly. So to answer your question in short, piracy is frowned up. If you are going to do it than don't speak about it publicly unless you refer to it as a back up as this is the main cause of developers refusing to further develop any backup utilities due to the fear of public abuse as well as damage the modding communities credibility as to having pure intentions.
