Introduction
Virtue's Last Reward is the sequel of the DS game 999 aka Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors.
The game is available for the 3DS and PS Vita systems.

Story
To make this short, the story talks about 9 people who needs to play the Nonary Game.
Nonary Game[Nonary means 9] is a game in which you play for your life.
The mission is to get 9 BP[Bracelet Points] and leave the the place trough the door that has engraved the number 9.

Pros

----Great graphics
----Decent 3D Effects
----Can choose Hard or Easy Mode*
----2 types of controlling:Touch and Circle Pad
----Looks great on 3DS XL

Cons

----Lag moving with the Circle Pad**
----Some recycled Sound effects from 999
----Not so good Touch controls***
----Demo freezes sometimes****

* Just Easy Mode in the Demo

** Tested in Demo

*** I don't like the reverted controls, left is right and right is left.
This applies for the Touch Controls.

**** When you try to scratch the picture second time

IMPORTANT:This was tested on the DEMO VERSION not on the Full Retail version.

Yeah the controls aren't perfect, but it seems like it's not a big deal. I preordered the game already so w/e :P
One word of warning for anyone who wants to buy this: DO NOT SAVE IN PUZZLE/ESCAPE ROOMS. It can wipe your save file due to some nasty bug.

the demo wasn't bad, the puzzles were confusing at first but i solved them in the end, the game copies a lot from the saw movies though, even down to the part where they are kidnapped and places in a unknown location, i like it though because i like the saw movies.

Rising Star Games said that they are gonna fix that.
But yeah, till then don't save in puzzle/escape rooms. xD
But to be honest, i won't buy it, i mean that's really a big bug found in the game.
Won't buy it till they fix it xD

I really want to get this game, but it seems there are some pretty big bugs.. Hopefully they fix it, but this has been on my wishlist for a long, long time.

Yeah, the main problems AFAIK are random crashes and save file corruption when saving in puzzle rooms. I really hope they fix this, but it's not a dealbreaker for me.

Oh I didn't know there was a demo for the 3DS out.
I played the one for PSVita and now I want to play this one to see the differences.
I didn't notice any FPS-drops or freezes though and the touch controls were fine to me.
I'm going to decide which one to get after playing the 3DS one, but it sounds like the Vita one will actually be better.

Does the save-error occur for the PSVita-version too?

No, the save error occurs only on the 3DS for some reason. I hope they'll patch it, though (or maybe the PAL version won't even have the problem, but I doubt that)

I asked around and no one has encountered it yet. So hopefully it's fine ;) *Touch wood* And the Vita's demo works flawlessly. That I can attest to.

RSG did look into this matter and according to them, when they were going through their version of codes, they said that theirs should be fine. How true this is is anyone's guess.

Ok good to know.
I just didn't want to buy another game with save errors, like Assassins Creed Liberations.
That really pissed me off.

It's not a huge problem if you know not to save in puzzle rooms, but I still hope it'll be patched when I get my game in about a week...
