ps: too lazy to write actual writing. this is AI generated from source code feed to him. this homebrew is mostly AI-assisted as i never had any C nor C++ knowledge nor compiling knowledge on switch or any other homebrew. things just happened that cheats auto enabled on all games in my kids switch due to my previously try to get cheat for Ys Memoire of Felghana final boss, which is very hard for me to beat until today, but to no avail so he remain unbeated. so long story short, i had to dig method to disable that and found that it actually manual edit on system_settings.ini file in atmosphere/config. so i guess why not just make small code to toggle this. the first version is dirty one but works. i figure out it may be good to release this so i clean it up a bit (bit which takes about 3-4 days of 1 hours daily tinkering, AI is just a dummy). try it and if there are bug that i cant fix, i hope someone fork this. i know a bug where when u pick menu to exit, it show up toggle cheat enable menu, which i cant figure out how to get that right. but nothing break so whatever right. hope this help some one out there. cya.
edit: oh ya. this is simple code so if anyone out there like tomvita breeze or all-in-one switch updater that can add this code to their homebrew, even better. i am likely will not maintain this as this is one touch for me. thanks.

What is NXFixCheat?
NXFixCheat is a homebrew app for Nintendo Switch that lets you quickly toggle:
Features
Enable/disable auto-cheats with one click
Toggle "remember last cheat state" easily
Automatic backup of your original config before making changes
Template restoration if your config is missing or broken
Controller-friendly menu navigation
Optional reboot to Homebrew Menu for settings to take effect
Usage
Copy the NRO:
Place nxfixcheat.nro in /switch/nxfixcheat/ on your SD card.
(Optional) Template:
You can add system_settings_template.ini to the same folder for recovery if needed.
Run the app:
Launch NXFixCheat from the Homebrew Menu.
Navigate:
UP/DOWN to pick an option
A to select
B to exit
to reboot
