You might as well ask them yourself, that's why they have an email on their website. But if you want my advice, don't hold your breath... IF they are working on a new update for their cart, it will take a couple of months for it to be released.

EDIT: @steve007 consider improving your english writing, not everyone on this forum is a native english speaker (myself for example). Using punctuation really helps too

If I recall correctly, the Acekard 2i doesn't have the needed hardware to work on the newer firmwares (starting from 4.4.0-10).

Therefore, Acekard 2i won't continue to publish patches...

You can throw it away or donate it to a DSi owner..

But there is a demo rom without the needed hardware. The flashcard teams use it to make a 3ds fix.

Acekard hasn't updated their firmware for a long time, so I've lost hope for them. I'm planning to get a SupercardDSTWO instead since it is active on updates and has more features.

Edit - on a more serious note, yes, The Supercard DSTWO is pretty much the card to go with at this point in the game.

@plasmadragon007: Hahaha you beat me to it. I still rmbr seeing a Spiderman clone of who knows which cart (which I stated in another thread).

Anyway (slightly off-topic), iirc isn't the GEi an Acekard 2i clone? Or was it another R4 clone? Cos if it is the former, would that not mean that the Acekard technically still has hope (that is if the team is still here)?
