Pre-patched, manual patched, clean white2.

After movie intro comes a black screen, music is botched. (To all the above roms mentioned)

Right now I have both Black and White 2 on my card, I can play Black 2 perfectly but as for White, it will freeze when Juniper asks for your name thing. I find this super weird, since Black is A-OK. Is it the rom or... I dont know, im clueless right now. Anyone else has this problem?

Technically yes, but you have to get someone else who has completed the game to send you the key for Challenge Mode. You can't start a new game with it.

Does anyone know of firmware that an R4 Ultra can use? I often have issues trying to get mine to work due to the fact its not technically an R4 clone (its more related to Acekard, but Acekard firmware isn't always reliable in my case either).

Currently going through all of RetroGamerFans multicart firmware, but no luck.

Apart from your official firmware, i only know of akaio 1.86a IIRC

Im not sure for the White, but I saw somewhere that Black was patched first, before it was dumped. I guess that could be the problem.

Hm, I remember it being like that with the JPN release, too. C-Gear freezing the game only (I think) on Wood firmware.
