First let me condense that pyramid,
Scecondly: The only reason anyone can sign up and post is coz the gbatemp management allow it, like it or not anyone can post, but only if they follow the rules.
Thirdly: Are you really having an argument about the how to break rules? Don't fight a battle you cant win.
Lastly: Stop clustering this space with rants on privacy. This is a pokemon thread

Can we continue talking about pokemon now? It will be a shame to see a chain of deleted posts coz everyone has lost the plot

what is everyone starter pokemon if you getting both tell which two you are getting. im getting snivy black 2 and oshawats white 2

2. I'm following the rules just fine, i don't plan on asking for roms through PMs so it doesn't really matter, i registered in 09, i'm still here so i know how to follow the rules

3. I'm not trying to circumvent the rules to break them. I have no intention of breaking the rules, i just found it weird that Mods would actually read PMs. Slow your roll friend, i'm not fighting a battle. All i did was comment on something

For me its whatever pokemon will be the easiest to get through the first few gym leaders lol. I hate grinding. Like in RBy for me it was bulbasaur since the first few gyms

Snivy. Warmed up towards Tepig lately. Oshawott is like the ugly duckling, Fugly first, becomes the awesome Dewott. Still undecided about Samurott. Meh to me but at least it didn't seem asldkfaj.

I find the grind to be the funnest part. Its no fun if its easy
Besides, im too judgmental to care about grind. My policy with Unova was that no ugly pokemon will appear in my team.

No, we can't read PMs. However, PMs can be reported. If they're reported, then they become visible to us. No, we don't sit there screening everyones' PMs all day. And even if we could, we wouldn't. We have enough to sift through in this thread alone. I knew about @Xenirina because he asked for the ROM to be PM'd to him in this post. Not because I can read his PMs (because I can't read them).

And for the record (not directed at anyone in particular), Black-Ice offered to keep the thread updated in my absence because he did it with the Japanese release. So I handed control of the OP over to him this time around, as well. I just hope this clarifies that we're not "playing favorites" or promoting people to "pseudo-mods" or whatever other silly ideas people might have. Black-Ice has a large enough load updating the thread without having to defend himself for the responsibility he just inherited. Let's just let him do the job he offered to do.

XD i hate the grind, it annoys me. For RBY i went with bulbasaur and leveled up caterpie into a butterfree for easy winning lol.

My policy for pokemon is if attacks good, and doesn't die a lot, we're good
