Hi everyone.

So I still have a EZ-Flash IV and a gameboy micro.
I want to be able to play gba games at a higher speed.

Is there a way to speed up the gameplay in the games?

Like for example pokémon goes extremely slow and I want to speed it up.

Used to playing in an emulator huh.

Short version is there is no simple method like there is for slowdown (which amounts to flooding the CPU and hoping the game both gets slowed down and can take it) and if you are going to speed things up it will be on a game by game basis. I can cover various methods of doing it but all are fairly in depth assembly hacks with the rare exception of the text speed selector stuff being used as a simple multiple for a speed and it still being viable.

My newer flashcards for NDS jsut have a speed up function so duno why it should be hard.

If you mean the emulators on the iSMM, DSTwo and such that is because they are emulating the game on their internal CPU and can either add a type of frameskip or simply not maintain a sync with what the GBA CPU would be doing rather than running on the actual hardware like the EZ4 is doing. I did think to mention that probably should have so sorry about that.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sounds logic and legit :D
