BIT.TRIP BEAT, Fieldrunners, SpaceChem, and Uplink have been simultaneously released and bundled together by their developers for Android in the latest edition of the Humble Bundle. For those unfamiliar, pay anything from $0.01 to $100000000 for these amazing games (and their soundtracks) and help support indie developers, the EFF, and Child's Play. Pay $1 or more, and receive Steam keys for all the games; beat the average and receive Spirits, along with any future game announced.

I'm in for one, that's for sure.

I only had like $1 in my bank account so I only paid around $1 unfortunately.

Still, it's a pretty nice if small bundle. I've been wanting BIT.TRIP BEAT for a while and I'm a big Fieldrunners fan as well. It's nice to have them on Steam.

These bundles are pretty great, so it's always a pleasant surprise when they pop up.

I'd like to see some big AAA developers experiment with this idea a bit, but I won't get my hopes up.

Be glad we even see AAA developers support charities in any way. Bungie Foundation and C.O.D.E. are fairly nice and we should consider the world lucky to even have two. D:

I don't plan to buy this one. Mainly because I have all of those games already from past bundles. And Spirits, I love it. But I already own it on my iPad(and finished it). So I don't really see a need to buy this bundle. Aside from the charity aspect, but I always give all the money to game developers.

Also, from my experience, Android games are almost always worse than their iOS counterparts. They never run as fluidly mainly because it's harder to optimize an app for Android because there are so many different GPUs and such. So I usually don't bother with them unless they're free,

I picked up the bundle, and so far, Field Runners and BIT.TRIP BEAT both work pretty much flawlessly on my Nook Color with CM7, which makes me happy, since many games I've tried end up being rather laggy and slow to the point of being far too frustrating to bother with. Haven't tried the other couple of games I got for my penny yet.
