@[member='Luigi728']: Looks like you are attempting to run the plain DSx86 instead of DS2x86. You should get the DS2x86 icon on the DSTwo menu, so do not select "DS_GAME" but select the "DS2:\>" directly from the DSTwo menu (or if you use BAGPlug, from it's menu).

Hope this helps!

I already figured it out. I didn't know enough about iMenu yet, my fault XD Thanks for this awesome homebrew! Jazz Jackrabbit runs =D
But the sound is a bit distorted, and one time the sound was delayed in 30 fps and 60 fps. 15 fps was normal, but the sound was terrible then.
I've tried messing around with the SETUP.EXE included with Jazz, but I haven't been able to solve this yet.
I'm not experienced with DS2x86, so I'm not sure what I can change.
O, and one time the game crashed after saving.
But other than that, it runs fine! If someone knows a way to fix the sound, I'm completely happy^^

Odd, for me it just continues to the next level.
But the sound settings (configurable with SETUP.EXE in the same folder as JAZZ.EXE, you probably knew that but just to be sure) have some say in the matter as well.
I tried some different settings, but the most stable was the SoundBlaster with Mono sound and High Quality sound (Medium crashed on me).
Though the sound is distorted, it mostly runs quite well.

Uhm, I know this is bumping a dead topic, but I tried to check the DS2x86 compatibility list, and it seems very out of date, so I was wondering, how does the latest version of DS2x86 run these games?:

Ultima 1: The First Age of Darkness
Ultima 2: Revenge of the Enchantress
Ultima 3: Exodus
Ultima 4: Quest of the Avatar
Ultima 5: Warriors of Destiny
Ultima 6: The False Prophet
Ultima 7: The Black Gate
Ultima 7 Part 2: Serpent Isle
Worlds of Ultima: Savage Empire
Worlds of Ultima: Martian Dreams
Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss
Ultima Underworld 2: Labyrinth of Worlds
Elder Scrolls Arena
Elder Scrolls Daggerfall

Ultima 3: Exodus
Ultima 4: Quest of the Avatar
Ultima 5: Warriors of Destiny
Ultima 6: The False Prophet
Worlds of Ultima: Savage Empire
Worlds of Ultima: Martian Dreams
These all run fine on the original DSx86 so should theoretically work fine on DS2x86 (if not you can just use the original)

Ultima 7: The Black Gate
Ultima 7 Part 2: Serpent Isle
Doesn't work yet - it requires EMS to be disabled to run, which isn't currently possible to do yet in DS2x86.

Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss
Ultima Underworld 2: Labyrinth of Worlds
These both run fine in-game - but saving/loading save games still don't work.

Elder Scrolls Arena
Runs, but suffers from slowdown.

Elder Scrolls Daggerfall
Doesn't currently work - and probably never will, at least at a playable speed (it requires a 486 minimum, which is beyond what the DS is capable of)

Well, the Elder Scrolls games I could live without, as I'm not fond of their method of attacking, and I'll probably wait until DS2x86 fixes Ultima 7-1, 7-2, and the Ultima Underworld games

Can you run emulators like no$gba on this??
... no, this only emulates very old versions of DOS/Windows. Only extremely old emulators would work, and even then it'd be better to run the DS versions of those emulators on the flash cart directly.

And why would you run a DS emulator on a DS?

so XCOM... has anyone got this working properly with the latest version of ds2x86? It runs a lot more smoothly than previous versions but when it tries to change program (as in from Geoscape to Tactical) it locks up... you can still use the keyboard and everything but the next program will not load! Pate if you can help would really appreciate it as want to keep playing this excellent game on the DS!!

I'm not sure if either I did something wrong or it's a bug.
I'm using the SCDSTwo on a 3DS, and every app works like it should.
However, with this one, I touch somewhere on the screen and it detects I'm touching somewhere else.

EDIT: I started the DSTwo while holding START/SELECT and now I can "touch" like it should.
But I still think it should be fixed (if possible, of course).
