ive looked all over the net for info about this problem. seems everyone who has used tg16-cd on wiimednafen say it works perfectly. for me the games hiccup every 7-8 seconds almost like the game cd skipped... all my games do this so i dont think its my game images.. my hard drive is formatted to fat32 32k clusters... does anyone else have this issue??? its driving me crazy... : /

thanks for any help/info

I get the same thing BUT it is very, very infrequent and it only happens during track changes or sudden CD access to grab a voice sample--it's nowhere near the level you're seeing and isn't even really annoying.

ok well i tried running the games from my SD card and the issue is gone....
im using a verbatim titan xs 500gb external hard drive. its formatted to fat32 with 32k clusters.. and its a 5400 speed drive... i dont really see how it could be too slow to run these games right... my wii games run just fine.. so do all my other roms etc.. anyone have any ideas???

Make sure the HDD runs in USB2 mode, i.e that IOS58 is installed and loaded when the emulator starts
The fact your wii games or simple roms run fine is irrelevant since in the first case it's a different program, not an emulator and in the latter, the HDD is not accessed during emulation only when loading the ROM
