It takes some time to unpack it, specially if is a big file so, try to wait some minutes because is strange Tinke freezing. If it gives you some errors copy them here.

Anyway can you tell me what file is?

I'm trying to edit the title screen for pokemon Black, but can't get the NCGR picture imported correctly using crystal tile 2.. I was wondering can this tool import/export the images of the NCGR files? If so, how can this be done?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, i'm not very familiar with this tool ;)
sorry it just occured to me that you may be making a common first timer mistake.
If you are using colors not in the original ncgr it won't look right. as those colors will either not show up or be re-assigned. (its an easy noob mistake). don't worry there is a way around that just export the pallete for your new image and import it back in - into the right spot in the nclr. then you are good to go. Or just use the colors that were in the original image.

When ever i run it always end up with error "Tinke has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Do you know how to fix it?

Can it run with net framework 4.0?
I'm not sure but try installing .NET framework 3.5

Have you tried with this version: Tinke rev141 ?

It's evet.pkb and other (eve.pkb, mbv-c.pkb etc...)
Ok, I have found the problem I will fix it soon :)

Yes, you can export and import NCGR and NCER files but use the last version 141 from above. When importing them back check the correct options, that is if you don't want to change the palette and you have used the same colors as the original image check: "Swap palette" else "Replace palette". To export click on button "Export" and to import on button "Import" and be sure to pack everything back again :)

PD: The next version will come soon, I'm translating the UI to english and spanish and cleaning some code.

EDIT:
Fixed the problem with Inazuma Eleven plugin: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/3981393/Tinke/Tinke%20rev141-1.zip

Time ace right?

The program to edit the font is already done: Font editor
But I have seen that the chars like Á are not recognized by the game, probably we need to modify some ASM code and I didn't want to answered you until I have investigated that.

PD: With the last revision of Tinke (141) you can see the image easily. I will update it soon to be able to import them back.

yes, same eror

I dont know if it will solve your problem or works with this software, but if you cant install .NET 3.5 but have 4.0 installed, you can try to run it using 4.0...

Create a file exactly with the same name like the exe, but append .config:
filenamehere.exe.config

Inside file put:

Code:

This will try to run the software using .NET 4.0
