Is 9.00 a good firmware or can I update?

Hello
Long time I didn't follow PS4 scene...

I have a 9.00 PS4 Pro that I was jailbreaking using web browser and a USB Key

Is that jailbreak still the best one? Do i need to update for a better/faster jailbreak?

I want to run linux on this PS4 Pro. What is the best option to book linux the most automated way?

It's an awesome fw, due to compatibility. Nowadays, we have new a exploit for it (Lapse) that doesn't require a usb drive to trigger.

Update? No, you will regret it, stay on 9.00 as it's one of the best.

If this was Reddit they'd tell you to update to 12.50 and use BD-JB.

Yes, both of my PS4s are on 9.00. Dont think ill ever update.

My PS4 Pro is on 9.00 and I switched from standard jailbreak to Vue After Free after reading this topic. Been running the standard jailbreak for about 5 years and hadn't kept up-to-date with developments but I'm impressed with Vue so far, it seems reliable with fewer steps required once the jailbreak's done.

Is 9.00 a good firmware or can I update?
