So when I try to patch it with the patch from 2ch using Windhex, it just says File not found or valid... No patching performed. How do I fix this?

Open the clean rom file using windhex. then in the tools menu. click "patch current file". Find the ips patch file and BAM done.

I tried this with windhex and lunar ips both on a clean rom. Still getting the error message after booting. Before patching it was just a white screen.

I can't get it to work on Supercard DStwo. I've applied the patch and set it to clean mode, but I just get a white screen when selecting the game.

If you use the 2ch patch and then select start from nds bios it works on no$gba
