Nintendo 3DS will have the whole conference to itself during the Software Showcase on Wednesday, June 6. So do not miss and perhaps we'll see new announcements.

The presentation itself is taking place at 6-7 p.m. PT/9-10 p.m. ET at the Los Angeles Convention Center, and is going to be live-streamed by Nintendo.

So tomorrow, a hour just for Wii U. They've got a lot of the features out of the way on Nintendo Direct and the round table/fact sheets will talk about specs, maybe pricing etc so it'll mainly be games they'll show...and maybe some graphs.

Very happy to see 3DS get an hour dedicated to it. Obviously Paper Mario, Animal Crossing, Luigi's Mansion 2 & NSMB2 will be shown but I do expect some big new titles to be announced.

Damn they seem to be doing things right, I expect them to bring back Cammie to even things out.

I am not surprised. Remember Nintendo confirmed back in November they have been holding lots of games back to let 3rd parties in.

I totally forgot about Paper Mario 3DS, I loved the N64 and GC one and was seriously dissapointed with the Wii one, I'm glad the game went back to being an RPG. Now I'm hyped for it :D

I liked the Wii one. I heard everyone bawwing about it and thought it would be bad, but it wasn't bad, it was just different.

They've won E3, yet again, this year.
They do every year.

Literally all they have to do is talk about the WiiU, Luigi's Mansion 2, Animal Crossing 3DS, and Paper Mario 3DS and they've won. So far, everything has sucked.

I'm actually hoping to see The Conduit 3DS. They haven't mentioned it in a while.

It was okay as a standalone game, but not worthy of a Paper Mario title. Some parts of the game were very boring though. They should have added more to the main hub town, it was pretty bare.

And that's the problem, I played the game expecting a great turn based RPG like the past ones. Maybe I would've enjoyed it more if I played it expecting a different game. I'll probably replay it one day with a more unbiased view .

That must be rough. Productive I'm sure but hard to balance with daily life

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Sounds good. I actually did soldering but like 16 years ago for school so uuuuh probably rusty haha
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Same here. I did soldering at school from a teacher who I honestly liked since he had plenty of good electronics experience.
